NTC addresses the “Poverty of Capabilities” among young adults in Saudi Arabia.
“Poverty of Capabilities" is the inability of young adults to take advantage of the vast career opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, due to their lack of relevant workplace skills. NTC supports young professionals to expand their workplace capabilities through three essential pillars: Networking, Training and Creating opportunities for self discovery.
