Mahmoud Yahya Fallatah

Mahmoud Yahya Fallatah holds an applied chemical engineering degree from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) Dhahran- Saudi Arabia in 1993 and Executive Management Diploma from the University of North Carolina (UNC)- USA 2008.
He started his professional career as a Process Engineer in the Saudi Yanbu Petrochemical Company (YANPET), a SABIC affiliate. Then joined saline Water conversion cooperation (SWCC) as a senior efficiency Engineer. He was later promoted to Maintenance Section Manager of Satellite Plants in the western region then moved to the SWCC head office- Riyadh as an acting production affairs manager and managing the production PIS-ERP project.
In 2007, he was seconded to the Ministry of Water & Electricity as the Project Director for the privatization of water and wastewater sector and for the formation of the National Water Company, where with its commencing its functions as a separate entity from June 2008, he took over as an Executive Director for Corporate Projects and Deputy CEO.
Since 2011 he is the CEO and MD of the Nesma Water & Energy Co. a subsidiary of the Nesma Holding Group.
Engr. Fallatah has presented lots of papers in different symposium and forums. He hold a " consultant membership" in the Saudi Council of Engineers, a board member in many companies, and is a certified member of the Saudi trainers committee

holds an applied civil engineering degree from Zagazig University - Egypt in 2007 and certified PMP from the Project Management Institute of Pennsylvania- USA

an Applied Bachelor Degree in Commerce - Accounting and with more than 33 years in Accounting and Finance profession.
He joined Nesma in 2004 after spending more than 15 years in other companies serving as an accountant and the Chief Accountant.

with an MSc. Degree in Chemical Engineering from Birmingham University in the UK and has more than 30 years of experience in the water sector

He joined NIW&E IN 2021,He oversees banking relations and Finance Department. Mr. Aljarkas hold abachelor degree in Finance & Accounting from university Saint-JosephLebanon.

He joined Nesma & Partners in 2007, Nesma Holding in 2019 then Nesma Water and energy in 2020
Kadri speaks 5 languages, he is an active music composer and an active member of the toastmasters’ international club.

holds Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Faculty of Engineering – Alexandria University
has a wide experience in directing various business departments to ensure the smooth running of the company’s projects as we as Resolving contractual and commercial issues and disputes.

Valay holds a graduation in chemistry, diploma in Industrial Pollution and control and an Advance Diploma in Management. He started his career in the field of Effluent Treatment plant as process Chemist and later on worked in different capacities in the field of Sales and Marketing

holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences from King Abdul-Aziz University, Jeddah –KSA. & Certified level 5 from Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD ).
