Our background and History
TBI Merchandising Ltd was established in 2017.The number of new Clients’ grew quickly as did the need to employ more merchandisers. Over 50 full-time and part-time merchandisers now call on circa 651 outlets on a regular basis nationwide. As our clients requirements grew, it was necessary to invest in a fleet of vans to enable our merchandisers to carry all the equipment and POS required to fulfill their duties.

A collect and debit facility is available. Some stores have a policy where customer returns have to be credited by the supplier. You are given a time period to check and collect stock before it is automatically disposed of in store. GEM can save you thousands of pounds by checking collect and debits within the deadline and returning perfectly re-saleable items to stock. There are many reasons that a customer will return an item to store, not wanted, damaged, faulty, parts missing etc. Merchandisers have the experience to reject claims, re-package products or uplift and return stock to you. Our Technology
TBI has moved ahead of competitors in the market place by investing in New Technology. All merchandisers now use our own apps to capture data that can be synchronized and electronically loaded on to a web site for you to view immediately in real-time. reducing delays in waiting for reports due to paper processing or postal delay.
This technology can incorporate briefs, collect barcode or out of stock reports and collect digital images. It allows TBI to capture bespoke data for you. The beauty of this system is that the software for this application is managed and written in-house by the TBI office team. This gives you the ability to request changes to your brief at a moment’s notice.
